Refund policy

Thanks for purchasing our products at okoalifestyle.com. Please read our returns & exchange policy before you make any order:
  1. Items eligible for exchange or return: Adult clothing including:
      • Dresses
      • Tops
      • T-shirts
      • Pants
  2. Items NOT eligible for return or exchange unless the item is defective or damaged: 
      • Women, kids & baby accessories
      • Baby & kids clothing
      • Bathing suits
      • Shoes
  3. We offer 10 calendar days for eligible returns with proof of purchase. 
  4. Product must be in the exact form it was delivered. Product must be unused, clean and must have all original tags and labels. 
  5. Before returning any product please contact us by e-mail to okoalifestyle@gmail.com and explain the reason for the return. 
  6. Shipping costs, taxes or any other cost that may apply for any returns will not be covered by OKO'A. For your safety on any returns we recommend the use of trackable shipping method. 
  7. OKO’A will not be responsible for the lost or damage on any of the returns. 
  8. Orders can only be returned one time so please be sure you are ordering the correct item.

  10. If the order is approved as an eligible return please allow us 10 to 15 business days for credit to be issued. 
  11. If the return does not meet our requirements the product will be return to the customer at the customer expense.
